How to Work with It

1. Preparation is standard: file the nail with a 180/240 grit file.
2. Remove pterygium and remover residue.
3. Degrease.
4. Apply Dark Scotch Base in a thin layer across the full plate, close to the cuticle and lateral walls.
5. Here’s an important detail specific to Iron Gel. Before applying Iron Gel Dark, remove the sticky layer from the base. For hard materials from Dark by Rior this is mandatory. Without this step adhesion will be weaker, and you’ll notice it at the first fill-in. With Smart Builder Gel, for example, this step isn’t needed, but with Iron Gel it’s better not to skip it.
6. Pick up the thick builder gel on the brush, build the architecture.
7. After filing, cover with a top or base — the finishing layer is also 90 seconds.

Note: Iron Gel is not recommended for upper forms. The exception is working with quality lamps that deliver even polymerization across the entire surface area.
