Returns and Exchanges Policy


  1. Right to Exchange


Customers are entitled to exchange new, unused products of satisfactory quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item does not meet expectations due to colour, size, style, or other personal reasons.


  1. Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges


Products will only be accepted for return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used;

  • The product’s original appearance, functional properties, labels, and packaging are intact;

  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).


  1. Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene reasons, perfumery, cosmetics, and nail care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is identified.


  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Before shipping:

  • Ensure the product is securely packaged for transit;

  • Include your proof of purchase.


  1. Shipping Costs


  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or colour), the customer is responsible for return postage.

  • For returns due to defects or seller errors, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.


  1. Refusal of Returns


The seller reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if:

  • The product does not meet the stated return conditions;

  • Proof of purchase is missing.
