DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, sculpting, and repairing nails.

• Heat-resistant, making it easy to pinch;
• Recommended to cure at low power and remove your hand in case of a burning sensation;
• Strong, yet not brittle.

How does SMART GEL differ from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, yet hard after curing;
• Does not have a sticky inhibition layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the base before application when used with DARK SCOTCH BASE;
• It is not necessary to remove the sticky layer before top coat application;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Directions for use

1. Perform a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE as a foundation, rub in, and cure for 60 seconds.
3. Strengthen or extend the nail with DARK SMART GEL. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W (curing time may vary based on pigmentation).
   - Always use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
4. If needed, remove the sticky layer and file the nail.
5. Apply the top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Application nuances

• Easily pre-cures when used with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• An intermediate cure of at least 15 seconds is possible;
• Do not apply the gel deep under the cuticle; aim for a smooth transition near the cuticle with a minimal thickness;
• For nail strengthening, always file 1 mm minimum from the underside of the natural nail to prevent free edge lifting;
• If using a base from another brand, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel thickens due to cold, slightly warm the required amount separately on a palette (do not heat in the jar);
• Gels with glitter must be mixed before use.
