DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, building, and repairing nails.

• Suitable for both long and short nails;
• Resistant to high temperatures, allowing proper gel pinching;
• Recommended to cure at low power and remove hand if heat occurs;
• Strong but not brittle.

How is SMART GEL different from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, but the gel is firm;
• No sticky dispersion layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the base when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before applying the top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

How to use

1. Perform a manicure, polish and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of clear SCOTCH BASE with rubbing movements and cure for 60 seconds.
3. Strengthen or build the nail using DARK SMART GEL. Polymerization time 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on pigment).
4. It is recommended to use original lamps with all DARK materials.
5. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file the nail.
6. Apply the top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Working tips

• Easy to cure with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Possible intermediate curing for 15 seconds;
• Do not apply gel deeply under cuticle-ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
• When strengthening nails, always file your own nail 1 mm from the inside to prevent lifting;
• If using another brand’s base, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
• The clearer the gel, the tougher it is;
• If the gel thickens due to low temperature, warm up the required amount separately on a palette;
• Gels with glitter should be mixed before use.

All DARK hard materials are acid-free.
Complies with European and Ukrainian certificates of quality, product is registered in CPNP system, no DARK product is tested on animals.
