DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

• The gel is convenient to use on both long and short nails;
• High-temperature, so it can be pinched/shaped well;
• We recommend curing at low power and removing the hand from the lamp if heat spike occurs;
• Strong yet not brittle.

How is SMART GEL different from other Builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency while remaining firm;
• No sticky inhibition layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the base before application when using DARK SCOTCH BASE;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before the top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Perform manicure, buff and dehydrate the nail; apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE with rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Perform strengthening or extension using SMART GEL DARK. Polymerization time is 60-90 seconds at 48 W (depending on pigmentation of the color).
4. With all DARK materials, it is important to use original lamps.
5. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file.
6. Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.

Work nuances

• Dries easily when working with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Intermediate curing is possible from 15 seconds;
• When applying, do not place gel deep under the cuticle; there should be a smooth transition with minimum thickness at the cuticle area;
• For strengthening natural nails, make sure to file at least 1 mm from the underside to prevent lifting at the free edge;
• If using another brand's base, we recommend removing the sticky layer of the base first;
• The clearer the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel gets too thick in the cold, warm it by taking the required amount on a palette (not on the container's stand);
• Mix gels with glitter before use.

All DARK hard materials are acid-free.

Has European and Ukrainian quality certificates, the product is registered in the CPNP system; all DARK products are NOT tested on animals.
