DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, sculpting, and repairing nails.

Description
- Suitable for both long and short nails;
- High-heat gel, allowing for effective pinching;
- We recommend curing at reduced power and removing the hand from the lamp if heat is felt;
- Strong, yet not brittle.

How is SMART GEL different from other Builder gels?
- Slightly thinner consistency, yet hard after curing;
- Does not have a tacky inhibition layer;
- No need to remove the sticky layer from the base when using SCOTCH BASE DARK;
- No need to remove the sticky layer before applying top coat;
- Minimal risk of lifting.

Application Method
1. Perform a manicure, buff, and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE as a rubbing base coat and cure for 60 seconds.
3. Proceed with strengthening or extension using SMART GEL DARK. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W (depending on the level of pigmentation).
- For all DARK materials, always use original lamps.
4. If necessary, remove the tacky layer and file the nail.
5. Apply the top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Work Nuances
- Easily pre-cures when working with dual forms;
- Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
- Possible to do a flash cure from 15 seconds;
- Avoid placing the gel deep under the cuticle for a smooth, minimal-thickness transition;
- When strengthening natural nails, file the underside of the natural nail by at least 1 mm to prevent free edge lifting;
- If using base from other brands, we recommend removing the tacky layer from the base;
- The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
- If the gel is thick due to cold temperatures, warm the required amount separately (not on a stand) for easier application;
- Gels with glitter should be mixed before use.
