DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

• Suitable for use on both long and short nails;
• Withstands high temperatures, allowing precise pinching of the gel;
• Recommended to cure at low power; remove the hand from the lamp in case of burning sensation;
• Strong yet not brittle.

How does SMART GEL differ from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, but remains firm after curing;
• No sticky inhibition layer;
• No need to remove the inhibition layer from the base before application when using with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
• No need to remove the inhibition layer before applying the top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Do a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE foundation with rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Strengthen or extend using DARK SMART GEL. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W (curing time depends on pigment).
4. It is recommended to use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
5. If needed, remove the inhibition layer and shape the nail.
6. Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Work nuances

• Easy to cure with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Intermediate curing of 15 seconds is possible;
• Do not push the gel deep under the cuticle-ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
• When strengthening nails, always file your natural nail 1 mm from the inside to prevent lifting;
• If using a base from another brand, it is recommended to remove the inhibition layer from the base coat;
• The clearer the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel thickened due to low temperature, you can warm the needed amount separately on a palette;
• Gels with glitters should be mixed before use.

All DARK hard materials are non-acidic.
Certified in Europe and Ukraine, registered in the CPNP system, and none of the DARK products are tested on animals.
