DARK SMART GEL is a medium viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

• Suitable for both long and short nails;
• Withstands high temperatures, allowing proper pinching of the gel;
• Recommended to cure at low power and remove hand in case of burning sensation;
• Strong but not brittle.

How does SMART GEL differ from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, yet the gel is hard;
• Does not have a sticky dispersion layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the base before application when using SCOTCH BASE DARK;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before applying top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Directions for use

1. Perform a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of clear SCOTCH BASE as a base coat with rubbing movements, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Reinforce or extend the nail with DARK SMART GEL. Polymerization time 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on pigment).
4. It is recommended to use original lamps with all DARK materials.
5. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and refine the shape.
6. Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Working tips

• Easily cures with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at the 12-15 second mark;
• Optional intermediate curing for 15 seconds;
• Do not apply gel deep under the cuticle-ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
• When strengthening, always file your nail down by 1 mm from the underside to prevent lifting;
• If using bases from other brands, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
• The clearer the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel thickens due to cold, you can warm the required amount on a palette separately;
• Gels with glitter should be mixed before use.

All DARK hard gels are non-acidic.
European and Ukrainian quality certificates, product registered in the CPNP system, no DARK product is tested on animals.
