DARK SMART GEL is a medium viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

• Suitable for both long and short nails;
• Withstands high temperatures, allowing for proper pinching of the gel;
• It is recommended to cure at low power and to take the hand out if a burning sensation occurs;
• Strong, yet not brittle.

How is SMART GEL different from other Builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, but the gel is firm;
• No sticky dispersion layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the base when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before applying top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE using rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Strengthen or extend using DARK SMART GEL. Curing time is 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on pigment).
4. It is recommended to use original lamps with all DARK materials.
5. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file into shape.
6. Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.

Working nuances

• Easily cures with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Possible intermediate curing from 15 seconds;
• Do not apply gel deep under the cuticle - ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
• When strengthening nails, be sure to file your own nail by 1 mm from the inside to prevent lifting;
• When using bases from other brands, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel has thickened due to low temperature, you can warm the required amount separately on a palette;
• Gels with glitter should be mixed before use.

All DARK hard gels are acid-free.
European and Ukrainian quality certificates, the product is registered in the CPNP system, and no DARK product is tested on animals.
