DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

• Convenient to use with both long and short nails;
• High-temperature gel, so it can be pinched/shaped well;
• We recommend curing at reduced power and removing the hand in case of heat spikes;
• Strong yet not brittle.

How is SMART GEL different from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, yet remains hard;
• No sticky dispersive layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer of the base when using with DARK SCOTCH BASE;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before applying the top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Directions for use

1. Perform a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE clear base as a foundation with rubbing movements, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Strengthen or extend using SMART GEL DARK. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W (depending on the pigment density of the color).
   - For all DARK materials, it is important to use original lamps.
4. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file the shape.
5. Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Working nuances

• Dries easily when working with upper forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Intermediate curing is possible from 15 seconds;
• When applying, do not apply the gel too deeply under the cuticle; ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness near the cuticle;
• If strengthening natural nails, be sure to file out at least 1 mm from the underside to prevent lifting at the free edge;
• When working with bases from other brands, we recommend removing the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the environment is cold and the gel is too thick, you may warm it (do not place on a stand, but take the required amount on a palette and warm it separately);
• Gels with glitters need to be mixed before use.

All solid DARK materials are non-acidic.
