DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extending, and repairing nails.

• Suitable for both long and short nails;
• Withstands high temperatures, allowing effective pinching;
• Recommended to cure at low power and remove hand in case of burning sensation;
• Strong yet not brittle.

How does SMART GEL differ from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, but the gel is hard;
• No sticky tacky layer;
• No need to remove tacky layer from base when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
• No need to remove tacky layer before applying topcoat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE transparent base by rubbing, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Reinforce or extend the nail using DARK SMART GEL. Curing time 60-90 seconds at 48W (depending on pigment).
4. It is recommended to use original lamps with all DARK materials.
5. If necessary, remove the tacky layer and file.
6. Apply topcoat, cure for 90 seconds.

Working nuances

• Easily cures with dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at the 12-15th second;
• Intermediate curing from 15 seconds is possible;
• Do not place the gel deep under the cuticle - ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
• When reinforcing nails, be sure to file your natural nail 1mm from inside to prevent lifting;
• If using base coat of other brands, it is recommended to remove the tacky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel becomes thick due to low temperature, warm the required amount separately on a palette;
• Mix glitter gels before use.

All DARK hard materials are acid-free.
Compliant with European and Ukrainian quality certificates, registered in the CPNP system, and none of the DARK products are tested on animals.
