Returns and Exchanges of DARK BY RIOR Products: Quality Guarantee and Conditions

The official DARK BY RIOR store guarantees transparent return and exchange conditions so you can be confident in the quality of your manicure supplies. Our policy is designed with consumer rights and the specifics of perfumery and cosmetic products in mind.

 

1. Right to Exchange DARK BY RIOR Products:

The buyer has the right to exchange a new, proper quality product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Exchange is possible if the product did not suit the buyer due to color, size, style, or other personal reasons.

 

2. Conditions for Accepting Goods for Return or Exchange (Key Requirements).

For a return of manicure products to be accepted, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The product has not been used. This is a key condition for cosmetic products;

  • The product appearance, consumer properties, labels, and original packaging must be preserved;

  • A document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be present.

 

3. Products Not Subject to Return:

For hygiene reasons, perfumery and cosmetic products and manicure supplies are not subject to return or exchange, unless a detected defect or seller error is found. This applies to gel polishes, bases, tops, and other liquids.

 

4. How to Initiate a DARK Return or Exchange.

To initiate a return of gel polishes or other products:

4.1 Contact our manager via a convenient messaging app or email:

4.2 Our manager will help you arrange the return or exchange and provide the address to which the product must be sent;

4.3 Before shipping: Ensure the product is securely packaged for transportation and include the document confirming the purchase.

 

5. Cost of Delivery for Returns:

  • Personal reasons (didn't suit color/size, etc.): Delivery is paid for by the buyer;

  • Detected defect or seller error: Delivery is paid for by the seller (DARK BY RIOR store).

 

The seller has the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the specified conditions or if the purchase confirmation document is missing. By choosing DARK BY RIOR, you choose not only quality but also transparent and fair terms of cooperation.
