DARK SMART GEL is a medium-thick gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

What makes SMART GEL different from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, while remaining hard;
• No sticky inhibition layer;
• No need to remove the inhibition layer from the base before application when working with DARK SCOTCH BASE;
• No need to remove sticky layer before applying top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond.
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE foundation using rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Strengthen or extend nails using DARK SMART GEL. Polymerization time 60-120 seconds in an original lamp (depends on gel pigmentation).
4. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file the nail.
5. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds.

Working nuances

• Easily cures when using dual forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Intermediate curing from 15 seconds is possible;
• Do not apply gel deeply under the cuticle; ensure a smooth, thin transition near the cuticle;
• For strengthening, file your natural nail from the inside by at least 1 mm to prevent lifting at the free edge;
• When using bases from other brands, we recommend removing the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the room is cold and the gel is too thick, warm the required amount of gel separately on a palette (not on the heating stand);
• Glitter gels should be mixed before use.

All solid DARK materials are non-acidic.
