DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for nail reinforcement, extension, and repair.

• Convenient for use on both long and short nails;
• High-temperature-resistant, allowing for good pinching;
• It is recommended to cure on low power and remove the hand from the lamp if a burning sensation occurs;
• Strong but not brittle.

How does SMART GEL differ from other Builder Gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency while remaining hard;
• No sticky inhibition layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the SCOTCH BASE when used together with DARK gel;
• No need to remove sticky layer before top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Do a manicure, buff and degrease the natural nail, apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond.
2. Apply a thin layer of clear SCOTCH BASE with rubbing movements as an underlay, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Reinforce or extend nails with DARK SMART GEL. Curing time is 60-120 seconds in an original lamp (depending on the gel’s pigmentation).
4. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file.
5. Apply a top coat and cure for 120 seconds.

Working nuances

• Easily cures when working with dual forms;
• Pinching should be done at 12-15 seconds;
• Possible intermediate curing from 15 seconds;
• Do not apply the gel deep under the cuticle; ensure a smooth transition near the cuticle with minimal thickness;
• If reinforcing nails, always file your natural nail at least 1 mm from the inside to avoid lifting from the free edge;
• When using bases from other brands, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel is too thick due to low temperature, you may warm up the required amount on a palette (do not heat the entire jar);
• Glitter gels need to be mixed before use.

All DARK hard materials are non-acidic.

Available volumes 30 ml and 15 ml.
