Description 

DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflage base of medium consistency, designed for thin or medium-layer nail application.

• Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflage bases;
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
• Does not delaminate over time;
• Does not cause strong burning in the lamp;
• Closer to liquid consistency, allowing for quick and thin leveling;
• Not rigid, closer to plastic texture.

Application Method

1. Perform a manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin slip layer of a clear base coat like SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) for better adhesion
   - This is important, since medium-acid bases ensure adhesion with natural nails. Remember, medium-acid bases should not be used for leveling, only as a thin layer to avoid chemical burns;
   - Also, we recommend avoiding direct application of the camouflage base - first, apply a clear base.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Polymerization time is 60-90 seconds at 48W;
   - With all DARK products, it's important to use original curing lamps.
4. Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.

Working Nuances

• We do not recommend applying base on long, very thin nails, or a sharp square shape. Use hard materials for these nail types;
• If a client comes with nail length that needs to be shortened, we recommend doing this after applying the top (by 1 mm). This makes the free edge slightly thicker and improves material wear-resistance.

Important information regarding TPO

When placing an order, please note that from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO ingredient in cosmetics is banned in EU countries. Therefore, we have updated the formula - TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe element without changing the product's properties.

Please note, some products may still have old labeling indicating the presence of TPO due to packaging leftovers. To avoid confusion, this information is covered with a new label indicating the updated, TPO-free composition.

Please consider this before purchasing. The product you receive complies with current EU requirements and does not contain the banned TPO component, even if the original print on the packaging states otherwise.
