Description 

DARK PRO BASE is a camouflaging low-acid base gel of medium consistency, designed for thin or medium nail coating.

Description

• Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
• Does not delaminate over time;
• Does not cause strong burning sensation in the lamp;
• Consistency is close to liquid, allowing quick and precise leveling;
• Not rigid, closer to plastic in flexibility.

Method of application

1. Do a manicure, buff and dehydrate the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of a transparent base such as SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) for better adhesion
   - this is important because adhesion to natural nails requires a medium-acid base; remember not to level the nail with medium-acid bases, only a thin layer, to avoid chemical burns;
   - also, we recommend not applying the camouflaging base directly, but first applying a transparent one.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Polymerization time 60-90 seconds at 48W;
   - it is important to use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
4. Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Work nuances

• We do not recommend using bases on long, very thin nails or clear squares with sharp corners. For such nails we advise using hard materials instead;
• If the client has nail length that needs to be shortened, we recommend trimming after applying the top coat (by 1 mm), which slightly thickens the edge and improves wear.

Available in 15 ml with brush.

Certified according to European and Ukrainian standards, product is registered in the CPNP system, all DARK products are NOT tested on animals.

Important information about the TPO ingredient

Please note, starting from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products will be banned within the European Union. Therefore, we have updated our cosmetic formula TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe ingredient without altering product performance.

However, some products still have the old packaging with TPO listed due to existing packaging stock. This information is covered with a new label listing the actual TPO-free formula.

Please consider this when purchasing. The product you receive meets all current EU requirements and does not contain TPO, even if the primary packaging states otherwise.

At the same time, TPO is not banned in Ukraine.
