Description 

DARK PRO BASE are low-acid camouflaging bases of medium consistency, designed for thin or medium coat application on nails.

DESCRIPTION

• Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
• Do not delaminate over time;
• Does not cause intense burning in the lamp;
• Consistency is closer to liquid, which allows fast and thin leveling;
• Flexible, not rigid, closer to plastic-like.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of transparent base SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) for better adhesion
   - this is important because natural nails require a medium-acid base for adhesion; remember, medium-acid base is used only as a thin layer, not for leveling, to avoid chemical burns;
   - also, we recommend not to apply the camouflage base directly, but to apply a clear base first.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. Layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Curing time 60-90 seconds at 48W;
   - always use original DARK lamps for all DARK materials.
4. Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.

APPLICATION NOTES

• We do not recommend using these bases on long, very thin nails and for sharp-cornered square nail shapes. For such nails, we recommend hard materials;
• If the client needs to shorten the nail length, do it after applying the top (by 1 mm), so the free edge will be slightly thicker and the material will last longer.

Important Information regarding TPO

As of September 1, 2025, the use of the TPO ingredient in cosmetic products is prohibited in EU countries. We have updated our formula-TPO has been fully removed and replaced by another safe element, with no change to the product properties.

Some packaging may still display old labeling mentioning TPO presence, due to leftover packaging material. Such information is covered with a new label showing the up-to-date formula, free from TPO.

Please consider this at purchase. The product you receive complies with current EU regulations and does not contain the banned TPO, even if the initial print mentions otherwise.
