Description 

DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflage base of medium consistency, designed for thin or medium layer application on nails.

DESCRIPTION

• Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflage bases.
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well.
• Does not delaminate over time.
• Does not cause intense burning under the lamp.
• Has a consistency closer to liquid, which allows for quick and thin leveling.
• Flexible rather than rigid texture.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Before applying PRO BASE, it is necessary to apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as a substrate for better adhesion
   • This is important because medium-acid base is required for adhesion to natural nails; remember, medium-acid base is only for a thin layer, not for leveling, in order to avoid chemical burns.
   • It is also recommended not to apply camouflage base directly, but first to apply the transparent base.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48 W.
   • With all DARK products, it is important to use original lamps.
4. Apply topcoat, cure for 90 seconds.

WORKING NOTES

• It is not recommended to use these bases for long, very thin nails, or for sharply squared shapes with pointed corners. For such nails, use hard materials.
• If the client needs nail shortening, we recommend doing this after applying topcoat (remove 1 mm). This will create a slightly thicker edge for improved endurance.

Important information about TPO ingredient

When ordering, please note that starting from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products will be prohibited in EU countries. Therefore, our formula has been updated-TPO has been fully removed and replaced with a safe alternative, maintaining all product properties.

However, some products may still have old labeling on the packaging mentioning TPO due to leftover packaging stock. To avoid confusion, this is covered with a new sticker containing the updated ingredient list without TPO.

Please consider this when purchasing. The product you receive complies with current EU requirements and does not contain the prohibited TPO component, even if the original packaging print indicates otherwise.
