DARK PRO base Shine 05, 15 ml

DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflaging base of medium viscosity, designed for applying a thin or medium layer on nails.

• Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
• Does not delaminate over time;
• Does not cause strong burning in the lamp;
• Consistency is closer to liquid, allowing for quick and precise leveling;
• Not rigid, closer to plastic in flexibility.

Directions for use

1. Perform a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as a substrate for better adhesion
   
   • This is important because a medium-acid base is required for adhesion to natural nails. Do not use a medium-acid base for leveling, only a thin layer to avoid chemical burns;
   • We also recommend NOT applying a camouflaging base directly, but first applying a layer of transparent base.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W;
   - With all DARK products, it is important to use original lamps.
4. Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Working nuances

• We do not recommend using these bases on long, very thin nails, or for sharp-cornered square shapes. For such nails, use hard materials instead;
• If a client comes in with nail length that needs to be shortened, we recommend doing this after applying the top (by 1 mm), so the free edge will be slightly thicker, improving product wearability.

Important information about TPO ingredient

When ordering, please consider that starting September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products will be prohibited in the European Union. Our formula has been updated - TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe component without changing product performance.

However, please note that some batches may still have the old marking on the packaging indicating TPO presence, due to existing packaging stocks. This old marking is covered with a new label listing the current TPO-free composition.

Please consider this when purchasing. The product you receive complies with EU requirements and does not contain banned TPO, even if the original print states otherwise.
