Description 

DARK PRO BASE is a low-acidity camouflaging base gel of medium consistency, designed for application on nails in a thin or medium layer.

• Low-acidity (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures thoroughly;
• Do not delaminate over time;
• Do not cause severe burning sensation under the lamp;
• Consistency is closer to liquid, allowing for precise and quick smoothing;
• Flexible rather than rigid, closer to plasticity.

How to use

1. Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of a transparent base (such as SCOTCH BASE or another medium-acidity base) to ensure better adhesion
   
   • This is important, as medium-acidity base is required for adhesion to natural nails. Remember, it should only be a thin layer, not for leveling, to avoid chemical burns;
   • It is recommended not to apply the camouflaging base directly onto the natural nail but always start with a transparent base layer.
3. Apply a thin or smoothing layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W;
   
   • It is important to use original DARK lamps with all DARK products.
4. Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.

Working nuances

• We do not recommend using these bases on long, very thin nails, or sharp square shapes. For such nails, we recommend using hard materials;
• If a client arrives with excessive nail length to be reduced, it is better to shorten after applying the top coat (by 1 mm). This will result in a slightly thicker free edge and improve product wearability.

Important notice about the TPO ingredient

Please note that, from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products will be banned in European Union countries. We have updated our formula-TPO has been completely removed and replaced with a safe alternative, without changing the product properties.

However, some packaging still carries old labeling mentioning TPO. This is due to leftover packaging stocks. To avoid confusion, these labels are covered with new stickers that provide the current composition free of TPO.

Please keep this in mind when purchasing. The product you receive complies with current EU requirements and does not contain TPO, even if the original print on the container suggests otherwise.
