Description 

DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflaging base gel of medium viscosity, designed for applying a thin or medium coat on the nails.

DESCRIPTION

• Low-acidic (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
• Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
• Do not delaminate over time;
• Do not cause intense burning in the lamp;
• Consistency is closer to liquid, which allows thin and fast leveling;
• Not rigid, more plastic in texture.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Do a manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin base layer of SCOTCH BASE (or other medium-acid base gel) for better adhesion
   
   • This is important, as medium-acid base is necessary for adhesion with natural nails. Please note, medium-acid base should only be applied as a thin layer and not used for leveling to avoid chemical burns;
   • We also recommend not applying the camouflaging base directly, but starting with the transparent one first.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W;
   
   • It is important to use original DARK lamps with all DARK products.
4. Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.

WORKING TIPS

• We do not recommend using base gels on long, very thin nails or sharp-cornered square shapes. For such nails, use hard materials;
• If a client has nail length that needs to be shortened, it's better to do it after the top coat (by 1 mm), so the free edge will be slightly thicker and material’s wearability will improve.

Important information about the TPO ingredient

Please note, from September 1, 2025, the use of the TPO ingredient in cosmetics will be prohibited in EU countries. We have updated our product formula - TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe element without changing the product’s properties.

However, some products still have old packaging with TPO listed due to leftover stock. This information is covered with a new label indicating the current composition without TPO.

Please consider this when purchasing. The product you receive complies with current EU regulations and does not contain the banned TPO ingredient, even if the primary packaging mentions otherwise.

At the same time, TPO is not banned in Ukraine.
